Made by hand in small batches in Melbourne, this fragrant spice blend gives your dish a delicious authentic flavour.

 

How to use: To make a simple curry roux, melt 3 Tbsp of butter in a pan on low heat, then whisk in 5 Tbsp of plain flour. When golden brown add 1 Tbsp of Japanese Curry Powder and cook for another 30 seconds.

 

Ingredients:Coriander, cumin, black peppercorns, cinamon quills, cardamom, fenugreek, nutmeg, cloves, chilli powder, tumeric and yellow mustard seeds.

 

No added preservatives, colours, flavours or artificial sweeteners.

May contain traces of peanuts, treenuts and sesame seeds.

Blended in Melbourne with imported ingredients.

 

How to store: Store away from direct sunlight.
